Why do I keep getting goal reminders?

When a goal is added, it defaults to sending a reminder monthly.  If you prefer to be reminded at a different frequency, under the SMART tabs, go to the Timely tab, change the Reminder Type by clicking the drop-down arrow and making your selection.
