Why is it so difficult to set up my password?

The requirements for a secure password are determined by your organization and are set to Weak, Normal, Moderate or Strong.  

A successful password is one that is more than 8 characters long including at least one uppercase letter, number and special character.  It is also helpful to make your password an incomplete word.

 For example:  instead of Monday,  try Mon*day9#
