If your organization does not use electronic signature, follow the steps below to get the necessary signatures on file.
When the assessment is complete, select 'print' and select the option to print the signature page.
You and the employee should sign the signature page. If the employee wishes to document additional specific comments, there is space to do that on the hard copy.
Your organization determines what specific documentation is required by Human Resources. At a minimum, Human Resources should receive the signature page.
