When a manager suggests a goal on an assessment, we anticipate an employee will complete the SMART definitions, and start updating the goal. Since the supervisor suggested the goal, they are automatically added to the Goal Feedback list for that goal. This enables them to see the goal, any updates and provide feedback.
Right now, the manager is notified they have been added to the Give Feedback list when they are added by a participant, or in this case, when the assessment is completed.
