Why do I have an assessment for an employee who no longer works for me?

TandemPerform receives regular updates about assessment due dates  from  your company's Human Resources department or HRIS.   If these updates are not completely current, it is possible that we may launch an assessment for an employee who has recently left the company or moved to a different team.  In either case, your Human Resources business partner can either reassign the assessment or delete it if it is no longer needed.
