For any goal that has been suggested by the supervisor (in the annual performance evaluation), the supervisor has access to that employee's goal. On the TandemPerform homepage, click on the Goals Feedback tab to see the list of goals.
Click on the goal you would like to view or provide an update on. While the supervisor may view each of the SMART tabs, it is usually easiest to view the Summary tab for the complete description and associated updates of the goal throughout the year.
If the employee adds a goal during the year, then the employee needs to use the 'share' action when setting up the goal. When this is completed, the supervisor will see that goal displayed under the Goal Feedback tab and have the ability to view the goal and make updates.
