Why do I keep getting reminder emails for an assessment I completed?

TandemPerform sends reminder emails based on assessment status.  We recommend not marking an assessment complete until you have finished it, discussed it with the employee, and made any required updates.  However, until you mark the assessment "complete" in TandemPerform, the system will consider it as "In Process" and you will continue to receive email updates.

To stop the emails you can login, open the assessment in question and select the complete and 'Submit' option at the end of the assessment.  This will mark the assessment complete.  

Alternatively, your Human Resources business partner can mark the assessment complete in TandemPerform.
